The Red Deer College Alumni Association is excited to present the 15th Annual Fine Wine & Food Tasting Event!
Cenovus Energy Learning Common, RDC Four Centres
Continuing in the refined format introduced in 2017, this stylish event introduces guests to the best Fine Wine, Spirits, Food and Craft Beverages from innovative and talented vendors from across central Alberta.
Funds raised from this event support the RDC Alumni Association, an organization committed to contributing to the experience of RDC students by establishing scholarships and awards and creating learning, work and other opportunities for our learners. Tickets are available now. Both VIP and general admission tickets are limited.

Red Deer College is excited to offer exclusive VIP experience to a limited group. Only 30 of these tickets are available.
This intimate experience begins at 6:00 pm. Enjoy an interactive pairing session hosted by cook and radio/tv personality, Meg Tucker. The VIP experience features wine, beer and spirits samples selected to complement a 3-course meal prepared, in part, by the RDC Cook Apprentice Class of 2019. Enjoy a lobster and scallop ceviche appetizer, followed by beef tenderloin medallions in a green peppercorn demi-glace served with truffle and leek gnocchi and asparagus. Learn about why and how beverages pair with different food items and impress with your new knowledge at your next dinner party. Guests are invited to ask questions of all our expert hosts.
Following this session, VIP guests are invited to join the main event for networking and, of course, more tasting.
Attendees must be 18 and provide valid, government issued, photo ID upon request.
