Central Alberta: Access Prosperity represented four Central Alberta companies and worked in conjunction with several others while at CIPPE (the China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition) in Beijing, China. Access Prosperity recently returned from the exhibition, which was March 20-22, 2017. Over 70 Alberta company representatives and organizations participated in this mission spearheaded by the Government of Alberta’s Economic Development and Trade team.
CIPPE has become the largest petroleum exhibition in the world; 1,800 exhibitors from 65 countries attend and showcase their equipment, products and services over 900,000 square feet of exhibit space. Participants can take advantage of value-added programming including site visits, strategic B2B meetings, and company showcase seminars.
“CIPPE is an excellent opportunity to showcase equipment and service expertise at a key industry trade show in the dynamic Chinese marketplace. By joining these trade missions Central Alberta companies receive support from Access Prosperity, combined with the support of the Government of Alberta and the Canadian Embassy in Beijing, it really represents a tremendous opportunity for our local companies” says Pam Steckler, Investment Attraction Officer for Access Prosperity.
